About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll design and run experiments across channels and product surfaces — helping more of the right people discover, try, and grow with AetherMek.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute acquisition and lifecycle growth programs
- Partner with product and design on conversion-focused experiments
- Own channel performance and reporting against clear goals
- Build messaging that reflects the AetherMek brand and products
- Identify opportunities across the funnel from awareness to expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ship growth improvements quickly
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of growth, performance, or product marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation
- Experience owning campaigns across digital channels
- Clear writing and positioning instincts
- Ability to partner with product and engineering teams
- A bias for learning quickly and iterating with data
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing multi-product SaaS ecosystems
- Familiarity with PLG funnels and lifecycle automation
- Hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools
- Content or community growth background
